Agile Marketing is data driven marketing. It gives you the ability to systematically use data over personal opinions about the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. It helps you create a more flexible plan that can quickly adjust to changing market and create small experiments rather than large bets. In this workshop you will learn the principles of agile marketing, how to implement it for a small business or organization, and monitor your efforts. Although this marketing is fairly new, we see that it will soon be as big as social media is today. So get on board now and get ahead of your competition.

This workshop will start with a brief overview and history of agile marketing. Agile marketing has quite a bit of unique terminology – we’ll cover the most important terms. For small businesses and organizations we will show how using agile will save you time and add a disciplined approach to your marketing. We work you through your Google Analytics so you know what to look for in your results. We’ll give you a tool to set and monitor all the task you set from your sprints and scrums.

The second part will cover social media monitoring.  After all, if you can’t measure it, how do you know if you are improving? We’ll work you through a monitoring tool for your site and show you how to using it on a consistent basis will drive your future marketing efforts.
